Any refund request for product returns, will incur a 15% re-stocking fee (or a minimum of $10 to cover the administration time & order processing time) and the original shipping costs incurred by A1flyfishing.com.au to deliver the shipment will also be deducted from order value. (Even though all of our items are sent free post within Australia, there is of course a postage fee we pay for sending the item and this postage and handling cost will not be credited). Returns must be approved by email or phone call to process a return. (Please include name, date of sale or a copy of the original invoice). Note: there is no returns on Clearance Category items.

Any refund request for an undelivered package, due to any country's delivery service unable to deliver the package to the customers nominated delivery address detailed at time of order, will incur the above 15% re-stocking fee from the cost of the goods purchased. The shipping costs paid at time of order will also be deducted from the original order cost being that the order was dispatched to the address detailed at time of order.
